Sonia Brody

With over two decades of experience working in Human Resources, Sonia has extensive experience in transformation, leadership development, employee engagement and change management.

Sonia has worked in many industries and different company structures from corporate to medium sized business and non-profit organisation. Her last role in industry was HR Director for Siemens in Ireland.

Sonia holds a degree in Employment Law from The Honourable Society of Kings Inns, a Coaching Diploma and is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a Fellow of the CIPD.

Muhammed Latif

Muhammed has held several roles at the Financial Ombudsman Service within HR Operations, Employee Relations and HR Business Partner.

During his time in industry, he supported organisations decking, workforce planning, policy governance and complex employee relations cases while mentoring and managing HR teams. Muhammed has implemented initiatives to improve absence management and employee wellbeing.

Muhammed is passionate about driving positive workplace culture and operational excellence, with a proven record across fast-paced and highly regulated sectors.

Noreen O’Keeffe

Noreen has coached and mentored professional at all levels across Financial services, legal & professional services, Public and non-profit sectors. Having worked in HR and recruitment for over 20 years, Noreen has spent over 10 years running a successful business and prior to that worked as Training Specialist in a large financial services firm with over 20000 employees.

Noreen Works with SME’s on building their HR, Talent and Recruitment Strategies as well as supporting clients on specific recruitment campaigns and projects.

Noreen’s background originated in the insurance market, and she holds an holds an ACII from the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Coaching diploma and is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

Noreen is a volunteer with PWN (Professional Women’s Network) Dublin which is a network that supports fender-based leadership through professional development and networking she currently is the VP of Events having previously a mentor for three years.
